In a better kit it could be very good. A 3-turn 30% buff on a 5-turn CD is standard, and this one scales up to 70% at max on turn 3. It is, in a sense, a 50% 3-turn buff on average, which should be strong. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work well with Nobu’s kit.

He’s a strong pull if you run Arts teams—and a strong spook in general—but probably not a Servant to target for gameplay reasons, especially with Rider Da Vinci as an option. With the right team, she can be decent, but Waver, Sherlock, and Merlin are still probably going to support Quick teams better than she will despite not being dedicated Quick supports. High Critical Potential. EMIYA’s second skill, Clairvoyance, was long regarded as useless since it only provided a small star generation buff to a servant with unremarkable hit counts. Jeanne’s NP is pretty excellent against multiple targets (and decent in ST fights as well). As a 4-hit Arts NP on a servant with a low-hit Arts card, this can get a decent refund against multiple targets—expect somewhere in the 20-30% range with Jeanne’s own Arts buff and without overkill—and with the help of servants like Nero Bride and the recently-buffed …While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%.
