It's not missing, ReShade will create it, unless you don't have file permissions set up for ReShade to be able to do so (in that case run the game as administrator or fix permissions of the game directory).

ReShade is required for this to work. You can also find video on youtube if you need. The effect you can see on the images that I upload. It makes the game little bit brighter and warmer. I am using i7-8750H and GTX 1060 6GB and I have I think 0 or at most 2-3 fps drop. There are only two effects that I have on.
