Stanton Optical in Mishawaka is not run properly or fairly. Customer service is very poor. Kayla is not only a liar but very difficult to deal with and needs to review her customer service basics. Heather also lied and covered up her lie at the cost of a dedicated and consistent customer. Pathetic how this branch is ran.I've had 5 pairs of glasses re-lensed by Stanton over the last 3 years, and until recently they were all good. But they've recently changed labs and hired all new store staff, and the result is terrible.
