From the waypoint, head southwest towards Ariel’s place, the fragment usually spawns by the stream. The fragments will be easily noticeable since they float above the ground and shine. Midday Fragment Spawn Time 11 a.m. I got my "morning" fragment in the Plateau shortly after midnight, lol. So, I think there's a pretty wide window when it comes to what is considered morning, but it ends earlier than many of us are expecting, as I've seen people saying that they got their midday one after 10am, so the morning cut-off seems to be before that.Sometimes the problem is when you didn't open the second half of the map and the flowers keep respawning in the other half map, if thats the problem you can move the teleport well (after restore it) to get acess the other half of the map and teleport there or get fully normal acess to the map after open Forgetten lands.
