Same issue here, FPS just dropping constantly with no mods, nothing special, just vanilla steam deck straight of the box after all updates and everything updated, then starting the game and playing it. Sometimes it works without freezing but most of the time like 3/4 of the time, it freezes a LOT :(.

The only thing that did not work was/is my nintendo switch controller. The deck is connected to my TV via dock.
