Next day at 39 weeks, I felt nothing. Took a nap and woke up at about 3:15pm with back pain and contractions. I waited about 20 mins to time contractions. With my first I was dilated 2 cm starting at week 36. At 39 I started dilating more and I ended up having my daughter at 39+6. I don't remember if I was effaced or not.
