Normally, Paris prime, Braton Prime, Burston Prime, Lex Prime, Fang Prime, Orthos Prime, and Akbronco/Bronco Prime are never ever vaulted and are relatively easy to get so they don't sell for much.

You can aquire "Burston Prime Receiver" by farming these locations, npc or missions. Currently there is "30" sources to get the item from.It's MR fodder unless you love the burston. And by the time you can craft it you'll have access to waaaaay better primaries.
