So last year I bought 6 of the Hatfield single shot shotguns from Walmart, 2 in each gauge. Admittedly, I didn't look them over as close as I should have. Three of the 6 have a noticable gap between the barrel and the action when put up against a light. I can slide a sheet of printer paper through. The gun actioned a little gritty at first but it has smoothed up with lube and working the action and firing. Oddly the only two boxes of shells in the entire store were 28 gauge. Luckily had some 410 I stocked up on back when it was clearanced at Walmart a while back. I had a few 3" #4 shot and some Winchester 2.5" buck and PDX defender.
