Update: I decided to put my correct card info and submit. When it submitted the payment went through to my bank and then automatically refunded it and gave me the “good pop up”. The first pop up with incorrect card number said “ We’re unable to process your payment. Please select an alternate payment type.”. You basically are trying to register to take the NCLEX again & if you already passed it restricts you from doing that, like it showed you. It is 100% pass if you get the good pop up but the bad pop up can be wrong sometimes. But you for sure passed with that pop up!!!
