That would be a big hassle and possibly dealing with minor imperfections of it being able to fit. There are 4 threaded studs attached to the floorboard. These serve as a mounting point for jump seats, or the center console. You sit the console on that, and then place the seats on top of the console brackets. Uses an odd looking nut to attach. You'll need a deep socket 12MM IIRC.
