Marlin 30 Glenfield sights Hello everyone. I am having problems finding a rear sight for my marlin/glenfield model 30 .30-30. I got it a few days ago and it came with a nice bushnell scope that I want to take off so I can use open sights for night time use. The problem? It doesent have the rear sight assembly.The Glenfield 30A is/was the cheaper version of the Marlin 336. Then Marlin discontinued the Glenfield line. They still made the guns, but now called the Marlins. So a "Marlin 30A" is just a newer "Glenfield 30A", which is the no-frills version of a Marlin 336.
