Hi all, I searched the forum a bit but I couldn't find any similar issue that I've been deaIing with the seasonal exotic backpack Memento. Actually there are 2 issues with the backpack right now for me, one is "stacks do not show correctly after you reach 30 stacks" but I believe it is a known issue so I want to give more details about the other one.The synergy between the Kingbreaker assault rifle, Heartbreaker Set, Memento Backpack, and Picaro's Holster is incredible. On your Kingbreaker, use the Sturdy Extended 7.62 Mag for the extra 20 rounds. You only use the shotgun to build up the Heartbreaker stacks.

If Backpack is on a targeted "area" or neighborhood whatever you want to call it just do Challening or Heroic Control Points in that zone over and over. I did a mission over and over for 2 hours no luck, and then when it was in a zone in DC I did the control points level 4 and it popped up pretty quick from the rewards stash.
