I am making an educated guess that they did it to further reduce the database of quick venture items. They combined all the GP Dyes and Retainer Fantasia into this single item “Venture Coffer”. The list of items is that much smaller. Of course they added a second list, for the Venture Coffer. But it is separate and not accessed simultaneously.
