Welcome to Xumo.Spectrum will be installing fiber to my house in the next few days, part of the RDOF. I've signed up to get Internet only. For TV viewing I currently have Dish TV with the Hopper 3 DVR, which is great. I would consider the Spectrum TV offering if there is a DVR and 30 second skip button to skip commercials. I never watch live TV, even sports.I personally use the home DVRs independently combined with Spectrum TV app access on a Samsung TV, iPhone and Roku. The cloud DVR can be accessed on any of the streaming devices and I plan to switch to Xumo once the DVRs need to be replaced. January 18. When turning on the TV and the Xumo box, the Spectrum app will not start. It shows as a black screen. you can select it, but all I get is a black screen. The Home button will take me out and other apps will work but no Spectrum TV. Only way to fix has been to unplug the Xumo box and hard reboot.
